He raised an eyebrow before leaning down to kiss her, his hands on either side of her head.
She rested her hands on his arms, kissing him back.
"Don't eat me," he murmured, raising an eyebrow.
"I won't.." She grinned at him cheekily. "Not like that, at least."
He frowned, tilting his head confusedly. "What do you mean?"
She shrugged, standing up. "I'm going to find food."
"Wait," he said, taking her hand. "What did you mean?"
She stared at him blankly for a moment before giving him a sly wink.
He seemed more confused than ever, tilting his head.
She shook her head. "Nevermind."
He huffed, shaking his head. "You're confusing. I'll just ask Lark about it."
She chuckled slightly. "Alright."
He frowned, lying back in the bed.
She did the same, taking his hand to inspect where she bit him. "Sorry for biting you."
"Mm. Me too. Especially seeing as you were being so confusing and refusing to explain."
"Hm. Do you have to leave today?"
"Not for a while," he said, stretching with a yawn.
She nodded, resting her head on his chest again. "Good."
"But I do have to leave today," he mumbled under his breath.
"How long until?"
