Eden had not shown up yet, off doing other things. He wouldn't have seen her since their time in the forest.
It would be much later when the door would open and Eden would slip in the house, her eyes glowing a dull orange.
She didn't even give him a second glance when she entered, tying her hair back and floating up to one of his shelves.
She glanced down at him for a moment, her eyes quickly returning to their normal golden color. "Oh. Hey, Sam. Do you have any sandalwood extract?"
"I just got in," she said idly, combing through his ingredients. "I'm leaving again in a few moments."
She didn't even look down at him, preoccupied. "What do you mean?" she asked, pulling out a small vial.
She glanced down at him, putting the vial in her belt and floating down to the ground. "No, I'm not."
She blinked, tilting her head slightly. "I'm just busy, Sam. Is this because of earlier in the forest? I thought we had a nice time."
She nodded, satisfied as she headed for the door. "Besides, this is just a casual thing, right? It's not a big deal."
