The Alyndar stood in front of him, cocking her head. "I brought soup," she said warmly, offering the canteen to him.
She sighed. She was very poised, her dark brow raised, and she studied him with green-blue eyes. "Eden's rearranged her rooms," she said casually, folding her hands. "She's sleeping right now. A friend of hers came by earlier and left her some flowers and food."
"I think it was Briar," she said after a moment. "Eden was asleep when he brought it, but he left with me."
"Yes, well," she said, sighing slightly, "I figured I'd do the same for you. Do you want to talk about it?"
Eden was still asleep when the Alyndar returned and she sighed, picking up the girl and setting her in her bed.
