She turned her face into his shirt, her voice muffled. "But.. You're the only one.."
"The only one of what?"
"The only one for me."
"Ah. I see."
She said nothing, watching his actions.
He kissed the top of her head. "Draesling."
She rested her heas on him, closing her eyes. "I love you."
He wrapped a free arm around her. "I love you too, siren."
She grinned, looking up at him.
He kissed the tip of her nose before returning his attention to the eggs.
She watched, going quiet again.
He spooned them onto a plate, rubbing her back slowly. “Toast?”
She shook her head. "No thanks."
He raised an eyebrow. "You don't like toast?"
"I have never had toast."
“I love toast. If you don’t like it, we’re going to have a problem.”
"Am I going to try it?"
“Yeah. If you want to.”
"I have to because you love it."
“You don’t have to.”
