Ruh Roh (One on One)

She blinked in surprise, her golden eyes studying him.

"I love you too," she said, a little hesitantly.

 

She gave him a small smile.

"You get to stay."

 

"Yeah," she said, reaching for his hand.

 

(Zoop?)

 

They got back to the house and Eden entered, her eyes thoughtful.

 

She glanced down at him before sitting next to him.

“You okay?”

 

She held her hands between her knees, seeming slightly reserved.

“Yeah. It’s okay now, though, right?”

 

She nodded slowly, looking down at the ground

 

She looked up, almost in surprise.

“Hm? Oh, yeah. I’m alright. I think I might head to bed, though. I’m pretty tired.”

 

She stood up, her brows furrowed before heading for the stairs.
