She looked down at him for a moment, landing lightly on the ground before wrapping her arms around his neck and kissing him deeply.
She gave him a smile, and a warmth would flow through him as she squeezed his hand. She leaned in and he would be able to smell the faint scent of honeysuckle as she kissed his cheek. His feet lifted off the ground and he hovered about a foot in the air.
He would feel her free hand resting on his jaw and she kissed his forehead, her hair brushing his skin. "Hey. Don't be afraid. I've got you."
They were about three feet off the ground, and she was bringing him up slowly but surely. She looked down at him lovingly, her free hand brushing through his hair. "I won't let you go. I promise, okay?"
