Ruh Roh (One on One)

He kissed her forehead before sitting up with a small groan.

"What are you doing today? You have the party tonight, right?"

 

"I can help you get ready," he offered.

 

"Yeah," he said cheerfully, looking down at her. His eyes widened and he beamed.

"I can make you a flower crown!"

 

“Elves are really good at them!”

 

“Will you be swimming?”

 

“Good. That changes the variety of flowers.”

 

"Lily-of-the-valley," he said immediately. "I have a plan."

 

"Your color scheme and everything. I just gotta go get the flowers."

 

He blinked, looking over at her.

"I'm not that sweet," he said, kissing the top of her head.

 

"I just know flowers pretty well, that's all."
