"Except jellyfish."
He laughed slightly, raising an eyebrow. "Jellyfish?"
She nodded. "Some of them are immortal."
"That's ominous."
"Be like jellyfish, Rowan! Mysterious, immortal, and wiggly."
"I'm two of those things."
"Mysterious and wiggly?"
“Right.”
"You're not very wiggly," she teased.
“No, I suppose I’m not.”
"Jellyfish are pretty. You're pretty too. There's a compromise.'
He flushed slightly, looking down at the ground.
She smiled slightly, saying nothing more.
He looked up at the sky, his eyes thoughtful. “They’re really hard to talk to.”
She looked over at him. "They are? Can you do it?"
“It’s a long process, and I have to stand still, but yes.”
"That's so cool."
“They’re not very nice.”
She smiled slightly. "They're not? What do they say?"
He shrugged slightly, looking around. “As I say, they’re terrible gossips.”
