"I mean.. No, not really."
"Huh. That's sad."
"What about you?"
"You already know; I taught."
"But anything else?"
"All day. I guess that's prolly a good thing..."
"Why is that?"
"It means that they want to get me more involved, I think."
"True."
"So, that's nice."
"It is. I'm glad."
"Thank you. Me too," she said warmly, wrapping her arms around his waist.
He pulled her close. "Love you."
Her wings folded over his arms and she rested her head on his chest. "Love you too..."
He rested back, keeping still.
She reached up and brushed his hair back slowly.
His eyes fluttered closed.
She softly planted a few kisses on his skin, her touch warm and gentle.
He sighed, relaxing.
"You're such a cutie," she said with a laugh.
