She put a hand on his chest, trying to push him away weakly. "Sam, I don't like this. I really don't like this. Stop it."
Her wings were extended awkwardly behind her, but she began to panic, her golden Enryli pulsing through the veins. "What's wrong with you? Stop it!"
She looked over at him, clearly terrified. "What is going on? This isn't..." Her expression changed with a realization, and as it dawned on her, utter terror clouded her vision. "No, no... no."
"He's in there," she said, her breath quickening. "Sam, I'll get rid of him, I promise." The spirit turned to Sam thoughtfully. "Awfully difficult for her to get away if she doesn't have her wings, don't you agree?"
He smirked. "Sure you will." Sam looked up at the spirit fiercely. "Just stop already! Stop torturing us!"
"Oh, no. Not until I get my end of the deal," he said smoothly. Eden tried to pull away again, shaking like a leaf.
The Enryli responded to the blade, floating towards the point where it touched the base. Eden froze instinctively.
The spirit was fixated on the screen. "Be fair, Sam. I'm just going through with my end of the deal." She cried out and Enryli began to spill, coating the blade.
