Ruh Roh (One on One)

Her hand curled against his chest and she was quiet before nodding.

"Okay. You'll stay?"

 

She relaxed, shifting to get more comfortable.

"Good..."

 

It didn't take long, her head against his sternum.

 

(Zoop?)

 

The next morning, Eden woke, blinking blearily.

 

She sighed, kissing his temple before slipping out of bed and going to shower.

 

She finished about 10 minutes later and wrapped her towel around herself, going to the room to change.

 

She grabbed her clothes quietly, brushing a hand through his hair gently before going back to the bathroom.

 

She came back into the bedroom, her wet hair dripping the thin straps of her white sundress. She blinked, clearly not expecting him to be awake when she came back in.

“Oh. Hi.”

 

“A little, yeah,” she said, sniffing delicately. “Thank you for staying with me.”
