She laughed lightly, her mouth finding his and her hand coming up to cup his neck. "It's going to be a good day."
She grinned, sitting up and looking down at him, brushing a hand through his hair. Her blonde hair was almost white in the early morning sun, with many loose, wispy strands having slipped out of the braid. She leaned forward, resting her head in her hands and her elbows against her knees. "What classes do you have today?"
She frowned, her fingers tracing circles against his scalp soothingly. "Hm. I don't like that they still teach destruction here... you're pretty skilled with it already."
She was still worried, he could tell, but she tried to hide it, fluttering her wings and resettling them against her back. "I suppose."
She looked down at him and her face softened. "It's not your fault, Bug," she said gently. "Come on. Let's get up."
