She came down a couple of minutes later, yawning tiredly.
He was making come cereal.
"There has to be a 'caffeine' spell," she mused, opening the cupboard.
"I'm not sure there is,"
She frowned, looking down at him. "Or a potion."
"Does coffee count?"
“The most magical of potions.”
He chuckled. "I can make some."
“That’s the hottest thing you’ve ever said to me.”
"Wow, really? That?"
"Just about, yeah," she teased, coming over and kissing the corner of his mouth.
"Huh. I see how it is."
"Don't get me wrong, I think you're super hot."
"Yeah but I wasn't expecting that."
"It's a compliment," she reassured him.
"Oh, good."
She flapped her wings, stretching tiredly. "I have scouting soon..."
He groaned. "Ugh.. Lame."
"I might get in a fist-fight with some humans!"
"I mean we can hope not."
