She brought over another jug to him, setting it in front of him.

 

“Of course.”

 

It tasted like hers.

 

“What?”

 

She sighed before standing up.

“Are you ready to go?”

 

She extended a hand to him.

She was waiting in the grass outside of his class later that day.

She was lying on her back, looking up at the clouds, her blonde hair splayed underneath her in the sunshine.
