"That's okay," she said agreeably, tipping her head back to look at the clouds. "You don't have to like it."
"Hm. We'll work on it," she said with an affectionate smile. "It's hard at first and then all of the sudden it just all makes sense."
"They become waterlogged," she said, glancing back at them idly. "If they absorb enough, we get pulled under from the weight and drown."
"It's difficult," she said, frowning. "We can't fly for long without seeking shelter, otherwise we risk falling out of the air. We generally stay in the forest though, so flying under the canopy isn't a huge deal."
