There could be other time travel spells that can alter history. The description of the one she used sounded incredibly Trollestia.
oh boy here we go...the conversation I have had 1000 000 times lol Youtube is blocked on my pc. My dad says there is too much innapropriate content on it
Tell him you need it for ponies, he knows about that or does he? By the way, should he not trust you to not watch the innapropriate content instead of blocking it outright? Seems to suggest a lack of trust to me. How old are you anyway? Edit. Awesome episode by the way, seems Tartarus(the hell of greek mythology) is canon now, be very afraid ponies, be very afraid:ahh:.
I hope he realizes that you don't need to block Youtube completely... There's a "Safety Filter" similar to Google Safe Search that you can enable that blocks out inappropriate content.
Even though it kinda stole the time travel idea from Timesplitters 2 and was a bit predictable, it was a very enjoyable episode and I liked it a lot. Although it brings up a good question...In the beginning of the episode, she was having trouble fitting 30 minutes into her schedule, but then she spent a week trying to find the future disaster. How is she ever going to make up for that lost time? =b
(BAD JOKE AHEAD) TASKCEPTION!!! (This has been a bad joke brought to you by Derpy Mail.Delivering your mail. For muffins.)
To be honest, I would have liked there to be a lot of playing around with Time Travel. For example, EVER problem that ever happened, happened because Twilight went back in Time and caused this problems to happen. Not like that, but I was disappointed that they didn't play around with it more. Also, playing the last clip again, just felt like filler. However, Some of the jokes were good (Mostly coming from Pinkie Pie), but I felt like it could've been better. 7/10. No bad, but I wish it was better since I'm really into Time Travel.
It was really meh for me...too silly. The only thing that made it was Spike and that darn ice cream...not a single care was ever given XDD
I'm sorry, but this episode was a huge letdown. It's clear the episode set itself up as an "action" episode rather than a "slice of life" episode, but it ended up being another "slice of life" episode. "Action" episodes are by far better and more memorable "A Canterlot Wedding" was what got me watching the show to begin with. "The Cutie Map" was a great start of the season, and even episodes like "Stare Master", "Dragonshy" and "A Dog and Pony Show" are great. I actually plan to watch "The Return of Harmony" and "The Crystal Empire" in the near future. So yeah...I really WANTED to be an actual crisis. Some big fight, some powerful enemy, where the Ponies have to make a big sacrifice or accidentally cause a catastrophe.
Are you just now getting around to watching these episodes? Is that why you keep necrobumping these threads? Also, do you have anything positive to say? It seems like every time you do this, it's to complain about some aspect of the episode you didn't like.
I'm not complaning, I'm reviewing. Aren't you familiar with Doug Walker's vlogs ("Avatar: The Last Airbender", "Legend of Korra", "Adventure Time", "Gravity Falls")? Or Linkara's "History of Power Rangers"? I'm doing something similar, but in text form. I don't see a rule here saying that I can't post my reviews of the episodes I watch.
Saying that action episodes are far better and then ranting about how disappointed you are about the Ponies not having to "make a big sacrifice or accidentally cause a catastrophe" is hardly a review, it's just complaining about the show not catering to your personal interests. MLP has its fair share of adventure stories, but it never was about non-stop action, so if that's your main criteria for quality episodes, you're probably watching the wrong cartoon series.
You are right, and that's why I made the promise to not be so negative when talking about episodes. You won't see this kind of negativity from me again.
