I can't think of a single employer that would ever bring something like that into the equation. Surely having an open mind onto leisurely activities as well as being part of a community would only stand out positively on a CV? I'm sorry but I can't think of this being an issue in any way in the world of work. Not only would any employers considering this an issue be frowned upon and possibly even removed, but I think any workplace led by someone like that is one to avoid anyway.
Trolls will do anything in their power to illicit an emotional reaction or any sort of response from you that they can take advantage of. I think it may be a good idea to close the account and start out fresh on another one that has a completely different name than the one you're currently using. Also, be sure to make the other account on a different email, trolls are very persistent when it comes to tracking someone they wish to bully. But seriously, do this asap, they WILL NOT stop since it's gone viral now, they can actually ruin some people's lives (Christian Weston Chandler is a prime example, his information is all over the internet and even a wiki is dedicated to him) If you decide not to, then I suggest you hide your email from the YouTube account and disable comments.
