"Let's go!" He said, casting the spell and levitating her onto his back. He took off and in a flash, they were in Cloudsdale. Pegasi bowed as he walked by.
Lace felt out of place big time, but she honestly didn't care. She looked to the ground nervously, "I'm relying in you to catch me if this doesnt work." She could see the other pegasuses staring, some snickered and others just completely ignored what's going on.
Lace made a nervous giggle and jumped landing softly in the cloud. Lace gave a sigh of relief "this is so cool!" She heard a few pegasi cheer only making Lace giggle again.
"Weather factory, my dear." Bolt said, walking and opening the door to the factory. "Rainbows are at the end."
"Thank you!" Lace trotted in and and looked around. She fell in awe as she saw the snowflake designs and the gorgeous rainbow waterfalls towards the back.
Bolt ran up to the rainbows with a cup. A crowd of pegasi surrounded him. "Bolt! Bolt! Bolt!" They cheered. Bolt took a huge swig of rainbow, made a face and swallowed. "Spicy man!" He yelled, causing uproar. He ran back to Lace. "You gonna try?" He asked
Lace laughed with excitement, "After seeing the face you made? Hand me that cup!" She levitated it filling it to the top then turned to Bolt again "Cheers!" She then chugged the rainbow and slammed the cup again when it was finished, "wow!" She laughed "That is really strong!" She made a face and tried to shake the burning taste from her mouth.
"You look pained. Lemme take that for you." Bolt said, kissing Lace. He funneled the spice from her mouth. "Double...power..." He said, looking a bit pained himself.
Lace kissed him again just cause, "You didn't have to do that you know." She laughed again loving the fun she was having.
Bolt panted. "'Twas nothing, f-fair maiden." He replied politely. "They want me to do a sonic fireboom later....should I?" He asked.
Lace trotted behind watching as other pegasi followed around them. Lace walked close to Bolt, "I am so out of place here."
"No. You're the apple of my eyes. I'm pretty sure my eyes belong here. So you do too." Bolt comforted.
"Aww your so sweet!" Lace kissed him before the reached the arena entrance, "ill be up in the stand, being the loudest cheerer." She smiled and walked off to find the perfect spot.
Bolt flew into the sky. He looked up high, knowing Dash was somewhere. "This is for you, Flight Instructor." He whispered. He flew down fast. Before long, he felt sound tugging, and the feeling was gone in an orange/red/yellow burst. He darted down, flame trails following. "Ta da!" He said arrogantly, bowing.
Lace was trotting to the stand before Bolt took off. She walked into a tunnel that led to the seat when. Sudden force pushed her to the side, "Hey!" She said sharply. A brown Pegasus along with a lighter brown Pegasus stepped out from the shadows surrounding Lace. >Who belong here unicorn.. you may be dating a alicorn but your still a worthless unicorn.< the dark one closed in on the now cowarding Lace. Lace straightened up showing very little bravery, "Just leave me alone" she said calmly. The brown pegasus simply laughed and poked at Lance's cutie mark, >or what? Your going to paint me?< they both laughed.
