Uh, no it doesn't. The redirect works as intended, many, many forums redirect to what we call a CMS or portal page - Where modules such as news, latest pictures, videos etc can be displayed in a more informative and welcoming format than a simple forum display page. No one else has reported such errors. However if you could provide me with your browser, it's version and a few screenshots I can have a look into the matter. I'm really sorry if it's causing you any inconvenience but I do believe it's a problem on your end.
