"Y-yeah" Taylor said as she was helped back up onto her feet. "Just landed wrong, doesn't happen often." The Lone Wanderer then looked at Liberty Prime, which had been completely bisected into two different halves. Liberty Prime crawled amongst the ground with his mechanical 'organs' spilling out of him. "I-I...die so that democracy...may....live"
"Damn..." Jonathan said quietly, "Thing wasnt even ready when tge Brotherhood first moved into the Citadel, 20 years of work, down the drain.." he muttered, "At exactly the wrong moment."
Taylor looked at the destroyed robot before looking at the rest of the facility. "At least Prime has done some good before he died, he managed to give us an opening. That should be enough to finish what he started." At around the same time, the surviving Brotherhood soldiers advanced onwards towards the facility while some of the others remained behind to look after Prime's corpse. Taylor took her Laser Rifle from the ground and looked at Jonathan. "Ready for round 2?" Taylor told him
(Whatcha think of the Nationstates stats list?) Jonathan nodded, holding up his Laser Lance, "Ready when you are." He said, "Lets go see if we can find out more about what happened with Prime."

At around the same time, the surviving Brotherhood soldiers advanced onwards towards the facility while some of the others remained behind to look after Prime's corpse. The moment the Brotherhood made it inside, all hell broke loose.
Jonathan huffed as he yanked out his laser lance from the heart of an Enclave soldier who had gone around the corner to try to ambush him and the Brotherhood. It was the third time already, happening in increasingly larger groups, looking back to Taylor he asked, "You doing okay back there?"
Taylor shot another blast from her Laser Rifle, taking out anything that could be a threat to Jonathan in close quarters. "Yeah, could be better if it wasn't for these idiots trying to stab you." Fawkes and the other Brotherhood soldier's pushed through and unleashed absolute hellfire with the Gatling Lasers and other heavy weaponry, mowing down dozens upon dozens of Enclave troops. Once the carnage had cleared, Paladin Tristan decided for the attacking force to split into three. Fawkes and Tristan alongside some other men and women on one team, another separate team, and Taylor and Jonathan on their own. It wasn't because that they needed any reinforcements, it was that the two of them were deadlier then the two groups combined.
The pair went on a flanking route while the other groups made distraction attacks at the two other points further. Going deeper into the bunker, the two noticed the pathways were nearly abandoned, with the occasional Enclave soldier running off towards the other two attac groups, "I hope we find something to justify the loss of Liberty Prime..." he muttered
"We better. The Scribes are going to be so pissed....." Taylor said quietly in response, the two of them heading deeper and deeper into the bunker. Whatever tried to attack them was dealt quickly, which was usually a new Enclave recruit who was separated from the rest of his unit. One of them was shown mercy, a kid possibly no younger then her who just dropped his gun and surrendered. Taylor allowed him to leave, only if he deserted the Enclave. The boy quickly nodded as he ran away. Soon enough, Taylor and Jonathan came across a stairway.
Taylor nodded as she went up the stairs slowly but surely. Every five seconds, she turned suddenly and shot a sentry turret to disable or destroy it. Every now and then, an Enclave solider came around the corner to attack the group. Only for a swift laser blast to the heart to send it falling down the stairs comedically. Soon enough, the two of them were on the top floor. Taylor fought through at least twenty soldiers and ten sentry's as she made it up the staircase alone.
When the two of them made it to the top floor, she let Jonathan take the lead while she watched his back and locked the door behind her to prevent any sudden surprises. The top floor seemed to be a huge database of information, and this should prove useful regarding what the Enclave is planning.
Jonathan looked back towards Taylor, "Looks like this is something your Pipboy can download." He told her, stepping out of the way for her
"Right, let's see what they got." Taylor synced her Pipboy onto the main terminal. Encrypted codes in all different sizes were downloaded from the mainframe terminal alongside any relevant information before Taylor logged off the Terminal. "We got what we needed, let's get the hell out of here."
(Wow, people on Tumblr seem to have taken to calling Australia Day "Invasion Day" and that Australia Day celebrates genocide and stuff :/ ) Jonathan nodded, "sounds good to me!lets go!" (Time, skip?)
(Yeah. I'd like to talk to some of these people...) Eventually, Jonathan and Taylor made it back to the Citadel with the secure data.
They walked into the Citadel lab where they were quickly greeted by a distraunt Rothchild, "Please tell me you somehow managed to find SOMETHING of worth out of that failure of a mission!" he demanded, "Years of work, gone! Our one true advantage, gone!"
"We have something, let's hope that it was with it." Taylor told Rothchild, sending the files she got from the Satellite Relay Station to Rothchild's terminal nearby.
Rothchild looked over the files, "Well..They are heavily encrypted so I won't know how useful they are for sometime..In the meantime, go talk to Paladin Tristin, he has some new assignment for you two."
