Jolan nodded in thanks and motioned for the rest of his squad to follow him while the rest stay outside to help guard the position, upon walking in the room, two women were revealed to them, one in power armor, but no helmet watching over the other from a chair, the other knocked out cold and covered by a blanket on a bed, "Elder Lyons?" He asked the awake one, "I'm Jolan Friitarus, ciintarrius of the Celoniian troops outside. We have come all the way from Flagstaff, New Mexico to investigate this place. Anything we can do to assist?
Sarah paused for a moment,over thinking of her and the Brotherhood's situation before responding. She then put her priorities first. "We need to take the injured back to the citadel, especially Taylor here. We currently dont have the resources to make the return trip back,the outcasts have been stripping us dry and we are still weakened from the Enclave attack from over 10 years ago. Would it possible if we could take a lift back?" (I'm back, and i have amazing ideas for this RP and an idea afterwards.)
(Coolio! Can't wait to see them!) Jolan considered it for a few moments, "Well...We don't necassarily have room to provide an adequate lift, however, we can provide medical assistance to get your wounded into a position able to be properly transported." He told her, "But in the meantime, what is a Brotherhood chapter doing this far east? Your western counterparts said that their was a 'limited presence in the dozens' not a whole chapter!"
"The Brotherhood originally sent a contingent of soldiers, much like your company from Celon in 2254 with three important objectives. First, to scour the ruins of Washington D.C., once the nation’s capital, to recover any and all advanced technology. Second, to investigate the reports of super mutant activity in the area, and third, to re-establish contact with the Midwestern Brotherhood of Steel and return them under Lost Hills command. Contact with this "rogue" Brotherhood was unsuccessful and we eventually made it to DC. Due to our loss of numbers, we had no choice but to recruit wastelanders, all of them being inexperienced, hot headed or both" "After keeping the Super Mutants, my father whom was the former elder began to notice something. Fighting the super mutants, or simply keeping them at bay, may have been enough for the region’s innocent wastelanders, but for the Brotherhood, too many questions remained: how had these local super mutants been created? Were they related to the super mutants of the Core Region in the west? Why were they capturing the people of the Capital Wasteland? Where were they taking them? As years passed, we still had our original priority which was to acquire the advanced technology's in the wasteland, but let's just say that we....changed over the years, and my friend was instrumental in this change when she came to us ten years ago." "While supporting our original objectives, our biggest priority now was the welfare of the wastelands. Eventually, nobody really seen us as the Brotherhood anymore. Me and every single senior member of the Brotherhood were considering reforming. We basically are not the brotherhood anymore, no matter our ties to the organization." Sarah told the story. "Taylor is in a stable condition at the moment, but she's unconscious. Anything you could do would be greatly appreciated."
Jolan nodded then looked over his shoulder to one of his squad members, "Kiina, livit onc miidaca."(Kiina, get a medic) he said which received a small nod and a sprint out the door, before Jolan returned his attention to Lyons, "So. I'll guess that these "Outcasts" are members who disagreed with those policies and left?" Jolan asked, thinking of the typical xenophobic nature of the Brotherhood, "I guess they were simply referring to those Paladins then." He mused, "Anyways, let me tell you precisely why Celon sent us here. We're here to investigate the old nation of these lands, one "America", and investigate all the ruins of the formal important places for information on anything we should know, and exactly what events lead up to the Great War. We also carry large amounts of Siriima gas to flush these lands of radiation and creatures such as Deathclaws and other heavily mutated creatures. Our next objective upon completion is "New York City" where we have the same objective."
"I was told about this continent called "Europe", where each nation destroyed each other before the Great War during what is known as the Resource Wars, which is one of the events you would find interesting due to it's importance. The place is full of history, much of human history takes place there. The continent survived the Great War to some extent,since all nuclear powers there were already destroyed with the exception of what we know as "Russia". And since that the high majority of Europe were not targets during the war, some cities would have survived in-tact, but a very low few would have . They seem to be recovering quicker then America once was from the war, with some merchant recently arriving from one of the many places this "Europe" has . But anyways, the outcasts wish to reestablish contact with the western Brotherhood, if the western chapters even exist after some nation called the 'NCR' which stands for New...something, basically reduced their power to almost nothing. They must have known about our final decision to turn this chapter of the Brotherhood into something new, where we could have made our own legacy instead of following a order of apparent ghosts and martyrs. The were likely sent to assassinate me and Taylor." Sarah said, noticing another Glorian rush inside and appeared to be a doctor. She smiled as looked at her friend. "She must have been knocked unconscious when a bus exploded behind her, the sound itself was deafening so the sound energy must have affected her brain and her ears, and the shock-wave itself knocked her out cold." Sarah told the medic. "I don't know much about being a doctor, i only received medic training to a minimum degree in training." (Oh! I remember making a map of Celon and any known factions (Minus Midwestern Brotherhood) for the Event's after New Vegas and is as lore accurate as possible Blue is Celon (I've tried to follow your description in your final ending post for the Glorians as best as possible), Green is NCR, Orange is the Shi and Yellow is the Capital Wasteland BOS. Was going to include flags and cities, but seemed irreverent due to Photoshop being a pain, but i can imagine the Celon or Glory flag being extremely similar to the Blue Team flag in Halo.)

Also, I find it very unlikely for anyone to be crossing the Atlantic at this stage in time, it would be very unprofitable, there's no real motive, and considering there's no real fuel left, and that any of the Pre-War ships would likely be in such poor condition, they would sink fairly quickly, meaning that they would basically have to build their own ships and sail across, which would take months. And the likelyhood of their landing in the Capital Wasteland on top of even performing and surviving the trip?)) Jolan nodded to Lyons, "Interesting..." he muttered then he suddenly thought of something, "Hey, you mentioned something about fighting Super Mutants right? Hm, that would explain the super mutants that tried rushing our tanks...Well, needless to say, we estimate we killed about 90-100 Super Mutants, thought you might appreciate knowing." he looked over to the medic who had taken a picture of Taylor with a special x-ray camera and was watching the picture develop in his hands, "Oye, ela es onos? Et en Veng-Iingesii liin." (Oye, how is she? And in Veng-English please. [he was about to say Vengian]). the medic sighed and muttered in a very heavy accent, "I hate speaking in this language..." before speaking up, "Well..She has a few broken bones, very minor luckily enough, some bruised ribs, and I would bet a moderate concussion. I put recovery time with our current supplies around...3-6 weeks? And no, it isn't because of the physical wounds, we can heal those in a snap and have them back to normal in a couple days. However...concussions and matters of the brain...well, they're very delicate, with this women's current concussion, as lucky as she was not to get a severe concussion, or even pop a blood vessel, it is very, very likely if she takes another shockwave in the next few weeks or so, it will kill her. And the concussion will likely affect her fine-motor abilities, hand-eye coordination, and her short-term memory. So, here's my personal and professional opinion, keep her out of danger for a month to a month and a half, don't let her handle weapons, especially guns, for the next couple weeks, and give her as much rest as possible." he said, "And no, no treatment other than time can fix a concussion. Trust me, I'm a certified doctor." (Oh, and don't forget, Celon is pronouned like "Silon" as Gloriians pronounce c's like soft s's and e's like i's. And I also consider it canon in my head that Glory occupies the Big Empty and the Divide after Hoover Dam after cleansing the area, the Big Empty by sending a Legion in to clear it out, and the Divide by filling it with XVI gas[which would kill everything] brought from Terra, then occupied with a half-Legion to cleanse the area of radiation and what little hostile life remained. And that the Legion that occupied managed to turn off the sandstorms that ravenge the Divide before leaving with just a ciintura as garrison. (I knew i was wrong about the flag, i had my doubts anyway. I had a few headcanons on how travel over sea would be interpreted. I could imagine that old sailing ships would have been used, since their much stronger and powerful gasoline or nuclear powered ships would have run out of energy long ago and would have suffered enough decay to make them impossible to use. So , let's say an aircraft carrier, left from England to America, it would have been a long way trip. Not to mention that Tenpenny and Desmond Lockheart are both actually from England, so travel across continents would not be impossible, but very difficult. Also, I believe that Sarah would have been about three when the Brotherhood came to DC, and I'm sure she was born at Lost Hills, the original Brotherhood bunker in California. She would have known to some degree about the Brotherhood back in the West from reports by Outcasts or some travelers.) "I'll try and keep her confined to the Citadel then. She will not like the sound of this, but knowing her, she is very likely to stay in the laboratories with the Scribes anyway during this time. Girl's a genius, she's easily put other head scribes to shame, even Rothchild at one point only last year." Lyons said. "Well, any help on taking my friend back to the Citadel would be very heavily appreciated. Once she's back on her feet, she'll be very interested to speak to you about our situation here in the wasteland. Oh, and we wish to reward you for taking care of some of the muties for us as well." (Sure) After a period of two months, Taylor recovered from her injuries. While not being happy about her injuries that she took from the overpass destruction, she kept to herself in the laboratories of the Citadel, improving Enclave technology for Brotherhood use. Despite single handily wiping out an entire Enclave base, her most powerful weapon was inside of her head. With Enclave deserters joining the Brotherhood, their scientists and soldiers providing an invaluable addition to the Brotherhood, the faction now controlled the entire wasteland peacefully while removing the problems that have been caused by Super Mutants. Taylor, wearing her traditional mercenary like clothing went to speak with Jolan, where his company remained until she was 100% healthy. She was escorted by two Paladins as the LW went to discuss to Jolan about her idea for a unified East Coast. (Taylor’s IQ would easily be well over 200+) (Also, just noticed we're on page 69. *giggity*)
Jolan looked around the empty room that formerly housed one of the chambers of the American Congress, now just an empty room with turned over desks scattered across the floor. The information they had recovered thus far from this place was proving invaluable in finding out about America and its final days, along with some other interesting surprises. However, the "big house", aka the White House had been found to be basically just a crater left over from a direct impact from a nuke, and that meant the best data had been forever lost. Jolan found himself staring at the Chamber, the only sounds being his ciintura scouring the ruins, and found himself thinking about how this land could be restored, and he knew in his heart that, despite the efforts of groups like NCR and this chapter of the Brotherhood, it would be impossible for anyone but Celon. But the Viceroy was overly cautious and for some reason unwilling to START wars, despite having clear orders directly from Emperor Tiberii to "cleanse the land to start anew", but Tiberii wasn't any help considering his refusal to send more Legions to assist despite the Far Regions war ending. Though he was probably reaching the end of his rule, as he was reaching his 250th birthday, which would make him very old by Terrean standards, with a sigh, knowing this land was doomed to ruin until some new, more aggressive rulers came to power as he traced his hand through the dust of the podium
Upon finding that the visitors from Celon were busy taking notes about America's history, Taylor remained at the Citadel but ordered a proper meeting place to be set up in the meeting room known as 'The Great Hall'. The Citadel had been busy for the past couple weeks, Brotherhood always constantly weaving in and out on their missions. Taylor decided to prepare herself for this meeting, even if the Glorians were not to accept. Nonetheless, Sarah had sent a few scouts to find the Glorians from their location observing DC. Elder Lyons, in one of her rare encounters without power armor, was dressed up in the Elder's robes holding a cup of coffee in her hand. If the Celon's accepted, then they would begin to discuss. If they didn't, this would not set them back enormously, but long enough to know that proper order would not exist within either of their lifetimes.
Jolan continued the scan the Capitol Building, taking in the sights of the ruined building, when suddenly his radio op approached him with a mixed expression on his face that was mostly sadness, "Ciintarrius Jolan sir...Word just arrived from Terra...Tiberii died a few months ago, his son Titus is now in the Sky Throne.." (it's called the sky throne because the capitol building of Glory, the Tower of the Empire, is an extraordinarily tall building[16 kilometers] and the 'private' throne is at the very top. Jolan looked curiously at the radio op, "Are you sure?" he asked in disbelief. "Yes sir..News came straight from the Viceroy's office..." Jolan blinked several times, trying to hold back the tears, the passing of the Emperor is a very emotional event for Gloriians, especially for a strong emperor of the likes of Tiberii who brought Glory from mediocrity and ridicule back to its place as the world's superpower, "Anything else?" he asked. "Uh, yes sir. In the few months Titus has been in power, he has authorized a military expansion of 2,000 legios, gotten rid of his father's "one child policy", and has authorized colonizations of exo-Terra systems." the radio op replied. "Hmph, busy man...what about for us?" he asked "Oh! yes, Viceroy said that Titus has pledged 250 legios to assist in the cleansing of this world, and something told me the Viceroy had been told something he didn't like..." "What do you mean?" "Well...If I was to guess...he was ordered to take and purge NCR and all other lands without discrimination..." Jolan nodded, "then order the men to set up permanent positions. I wouldn't be surprised if the rest of our legio will be meeting up with us soon..." he said, "Oh, and keep an ear out for further orders, and I want every last man to know that orders come first, no matter what." (And no, this isn't something I just came up with, I've been thinking about this for awhile.)
(Welp...there goes humanity.) The NCR, the Capital Wasteland and all of those who called America home alongside those who have risen to power were unaware of the consequence of the coming storm of what is about to happen. The remainder of humanity, or what was left of it, were about to completely face against an enemy they knew little about but also feared so much. Only one could have seen this coming, and many don't believe in him anymore.
(Oh, and in case you forgot, or I haven't told you: 1 squiida=8 men 4 squiida=1 ciinana (32 men) 3 ciinana=1 ciintura (96 men) 5 ciinana=1 cohort (480 men) 5 cohort=1 diivalegio (2,400 men) 2 diivalegio=1 legio (4,800 men+200 reinforcements/supply troops) - - Auto Merge - - Priimaperator Coniila Vaciius watched as Jump-Space faded away and him and his entire Citadel came into being just behind the Earth's moon. Unlike every other ship in Glory's fleet, the Citadel had no cloaking ability. It was meant to awe and instill fear. Behind him, the entire 3rd Fleet came out of the Jump-Portal, ready to reinforce the 2nd Fleet. Though the Citadel was being used as a simple troop carrier, he was ready to make sure that Earth would fall perfectly in accordance with their orders. Upon coming around the moon, which it was only a sixth the size of, he noticed a large, brilliant white and silver craft orbiting the planet. With a small sigh, he looked over to his gunnery commander, "Take it out." He said without remorse. He turned his gaze back outside to watch as seemingly in an instant after a quick flurry of orders on deck, the entire craft exploded into numerous bits as it took a direct MAC round. With a small smile he then ordered, "Prepare the landing craft." (Coniila is kinda the stereotypical Gloriian commander, he doesn't show remorse towards his enemy, he fulfills the Emperor's wishes to the letter and by any means necassary, and he's also the commander of the Gloriian involvement in the Far West during the Far Regions war, from which he oversaw the massacring of the Far Western population)

(I've only seen the Glorian troop organizations, not the actual post itself. I was away after that post for many hours, so i could not read it and therefore post. But anyway, i had this idea of a really short RP revolving around a fake episode of Death Battle, where Crimson and Julion (or whoever) faces off against Littlepip and Calamity (Also whoever) in a made up scenario, like a first encounter. It should be good practice before i make my finishing touches on my best roleplay universe to date only known as Project:Fatherland, which i'm thinking of making a group rp but also making a one on one between us if your interested.
