Janii noticed the girl pass out on the doorsteps. Growling slightly, he opened the door and dragged her inside, making a small place for her then hiding.
By the time that she had awoken, Charlotte was curled up on an old sofa in the abandoned house, her backpack sitting right next to the sofa near the end of her feet. She was out for about two hours, but it felt like a lifetime. Getting back onto her feat, she went over to the kitchen and found that the house still had tap water. The house could have not been abandoned for more than a couple months. Getting herself a glass of water, she sat upright as she looked outside of the window to where the unconscious bodies of the bullies remained. Then she remembered what happened...
Janii sat quietly in a isolated room, all his stuff gathered up and his helmet set to the side, glancing back out the window, he saw the people that chased the girl get up, look around, and run off, probably scared out of their minds. Chuckling quietly to himself, he pulled up his PIC-SALI's hologram display and opened up the manual for the EF-55, waiting for when the girl would leave, trying to find how to activate the visual cloaking on the ship. In the other room, he could hear the girl moving about, but he paid no mind to it, simply keeping his gun nearby. Hopefully, the girl would do nothing more than wander a bit then leave, and if she tried to open the door to him and all his stuff, it would be locked.
Charlotte wandered around for a moment, making sure everything was in her bag, then placed the glass onto the kitchen table. A few moments later, she went through the door and left the farm, heading towards the town.
Janii heard the door close to the outside and after waiting a few minutes, he went outside to the barn, making sure no one could see him before jumping back into the EF 55. Pulling up the manual, he started talking himself through it, "Alright, step 1 for static cloaking in parked position..." he muttered before going through and pressing a small series of buttons, "Finally...reach behind seat to the right and pull out handle..." he did so and suddenly a small beep eminated from the dash board, so hopping out and closing the canopy again, he saw the ship was completely invisible, "Perfect!" He said before closing the manual and resealing the barn, going back into the house and began getting himself comfortable.
Charlotte eventually made it to the nearby town by sunset and walked across the main street. The bullies from before were nowhere to be seen, likely in such a petrified state that would make them refuse to leave the house from now on, and now believed that the farm was haunted. Charlotte made her way through into a back alley and sat down before making up her bed. She was homeless.... ------------------------------- Meanwhile in Washington, DC The Pentagon was in a frenzy of conversation and intense debates after a US military satellite managed to catch a glimpse of a small dot that sped into the atmosphere, followed by more photos by a large city somewhere in the American Great Plains. While the ship was traveling at such a fast speed, one slightly blurred picture of the ship revealed it to be of one important feature.It was not of human origin. "It doesn't look like any of ours" one important secretary as she walked alongside a grey haired man in a black suit, who sat comfortably in his mid 50's. The man was swarmed by more people until he came he spoke. "It's not Russian nor Chinese. The unidentified object was travelling at such a high velocity rate that it was near-impossilbe to determine what it was. From what we have gathered, it's a shuttle of some sort. But the burning question is this? Is it human?" the old man said before heading off into the meeting room, where he was due to meet the Vice-President and various other government officials about the events within the previous six hours.
Janii set up a perimeter around the farmhouse, juryrigging systems to make sure no one could come with 500 yards of his position without him knowing it, plenty of time to sprint to his craft and take off. He then settled in for the night...
The US government instantly got straight to work, working endlessly to determine where exactly the shuttle had gone down. Sources estimated that it could have landed anywhere between Kansas and Colorado. They eventually began to set up an area to conduct searches, and all law enforcement agency's in both states were alerted.
In the middle of the night, Janii awoke to the sound of an approaching car that then turned off and doors slamming shut. Cursing silently, he quickly packed his things into the survival bag and ran out the farm house door and towards the barn. "Hey you! Stop right there!" A voice called out. Luckily it was too dark for them to see much more than a shape, shining a light on him right as he ran into the barn, revealing his leg as he disappeared into the barn and got on the EF 55 "Holy hell he's fast!" Another voice called out, "get to the barn!" That was the last thing he heard before sliding the cockpit hatch close and going through the takeoff sequence. Right as he was about to take off, he saw the front and back barn doors open and a flood of light come in as a stream of what appeared to be some form of elite police unit streamed in. Gunning the vertical take off, the ship faded into view as the static cloaking discharged, but no one would have seen it as they were blown back by the sudden rush of air from the silented jet engines blowing straight at the ground, causing the EF-55 to rapidly ascende to 500 feet before Janii quickly moved it into forward thrust, leaving nothing but a sonic boom and a barn with a destroyed roof behind, too low to be picked up by radar, even if the craft could have been seen by radar in the first place, which it couldn't. (Too the next day?)
(Sure) Charlotte spent the night sleeping in what passed as a bed, constructed out of cardboard and using a piece of metal to act as a roof for when it rained. She woke up sore almost every night from the concrete ground which also made it impossible to get comfortable. She had converted the deepest section of a alleyway into her own little home. Still, she tried to make a living out of it. As she was preparing her breakfast, which was a plain piece of bread, five police cars flew past the nearby road with sirens blazing. While it instantly caught her attention, she wondered what it was all about. ----------------------------------- The Secretary of Defense and the Vice-President were joined by several other members of government as they sat in a dark room, not much light being shown in the secretive room. On a table was several photos of the 'scene', one of them being a picture taken from space that revealed a barn's roof being torn apart while the remainder of the buildings structural integrity remained perfectly fine. According to the government,whatever it is, it was believed to be hostile.

Janii landed dozens of miles away in an even more remote location, with not even a man-made structure in sight. Reactivating the static camouflage of the craft, he slowly took in deep breaths, he only had to make it a few weeks at most before Glory would come and rescue him...or at least he thought so...but from the looks of it, he seemed to have landed on Earth (with their speaking in Vengian, or as they call it "English"), and he had gone thousands of years into the past, over 5,000 to be correct, as this Earth so far appeared to be Pre-Brotherhood War Earth. Sighing as he pulled the survival blanket over himself, and closed his eye and went to sleep despite the rising sun
(Just seen some pictures. Geez...hope he's alright) Charlotte spent the morning in slight fear, wishing not to encounter what she had been through at the farm. She spent the next few hours resting and looking through a series of maps. Once she had finished and lunch came around the corner, she took out an apple, packed up and went to the east.
(They say they are going to bring him out of the coma in a few days or so, and they know his brain is active as there was stimulation when some of the coaches went and visited and talked to him(his heart beat went up.) They estimate he was going in excess of 100 mph, and apparently this is a kid who never speeds.) After a small cat nap of a few hours, being waken up by the sun glaring down at him from overhead, Janii grunted and took out his survival pack and pulled out a nutrition bar. He could sustain himself on these for the time being, but once he ran out...things would become uncertain. Looking around outside the craft, Janii realized the place he was in was so flat, even the horizon was completely flat. Sighing as he finished his bar, he cursed and pulled up his PIC-SALI and began watching some videos he had downloaded on it, "You know...I never thought when I was assigned to the 7th M Legio, this would happen to me..."
(A really good friend of mine SOMEHOW walked away from a crash she was involved in about a week and a half ago. Apparently as she was on her way to school with her sister she was about to overtake a digger that was traveling on the same road (she's from a rural area, full blown country girl) and as she was overtaking, the digger turned right. She and her sister only suffered a few cuts and bruises but the two of them went into shock. Charlotte headed east once more upon stopping in the small town, eventually finding herself in the middle of nowhere with no form of human life anywhere. Her next destination was another town about thirty kilometers away, much larger than the town she was previously in. She would arrive by 9 at night if she didn't take any breaks. Nonetheless, she continued on her journey. After reading through the manual some more, Janii figured out the active visual stealth mode for the plane, how to send it into an automated orbit, and how to call it back. After going through the steps, he linked the EF-55 with his PIC-SALI, then turned on the active visual stealth, then after getting out all his stuff, he gave it the instructions to orbit in a geosynchronous orbit above his general location at all times, putting the EF-55 well out of reach of the earth humans, even if they COULD somehow pick up the stealthiest spacefighter ever built by Glory. Hoping out and closing the hatch, he watched as the craft took off, flying automatically to the destination he gave it. "Whelp, that's one big thing less to worry about, though this means I can't pull any big escapes any more..." he muttered to himself, before pulling out a cloak from his bag and threw it on, covering up his military fatigues, put the pack on, the walked away in some general direction.
It got colder quicker than what was usually comfortable for her, Charlotte had no choice but to light a fire in order to combat the sudden chills that went through her. It wasn't snowing, but the wind was more than enough to convince her that if she didn't get warm, she would likely die within a few hours. Lighting a campfire as it got dark rapidly, she made a bed next to the fire and went to sleep.
Janii never noticed the cold, Gloriian armor is automatically heated and cooled to the environment. He eventually noticed a fire and headed towards it. He wanted some company and as long as he kept his cloak on, he should blend in fine. When he got to it, he noticed the girl from the farm, clearing his throat andactinf like he was freezing, he gently nudged the girl awake with his foot, "U-uhm...E-excuse me? Do you m-mind if I join you?"
The girl eventually moaned quietly before scrambling back to wake herself up, and found a stranger at her feet wearing a cloak. It took a moment for her to notice what was happening, but could eventually make out that the stranger wanted to join her. "Umm......alright." Charlotte spoke "Don't want you to freeze to death out here."
Janii nodded in thanks before sitting down at the fire, "You know...I saw you yesterday, back at some farm. Chased by some not so nice looking men, lets just say I did you a favor." He chuckled, "I guess this is good repayment in my eyes. The name's Troy. You?"
Charlotte took the news of the bullies with some surprise, but hid it from the man incase he wasn't who he said he was. "My names Charlotte....Charlotte Easton." he said hesitantly. "Sorry....I'm not used to company."
