Right, I'll leave my TL;DR review here. I posted it on EA's SSX Facebook wall: "After the amazing earlier titles, apart from my *squee!*e experience with Blur, I just wanted to get back to an SSX. I needed something new. After all the waiting, I feel content, but not bowled over. SSX is good, but far from perfect. It's fun the first time, and maybe a few times more, but I can see it becoming old... fast. Multiplayer is innovative and kudos for trying something new, it was refreshing to an extent, but no direct multiplayer? Let alone my initial disappointment with the lack of local split-screen *flashback to Tricky* (ah, the good ol' days). C'mon EA, did you really listen to the fans? Overall, well, there's much more I can mention, but I'll keep this game. I like it, but as a fan of the series, I'm disappointed. P.S Eddie will probably keep me playing for ages, though. F*cking love him." I mean it. I'm disappointed. It was awesome to start. Epic even, but it's losing touch quickly. :l
