Something Creative (One-on-One)

Her smile fell and she sighed, heading back to the databases.

 

Her back was to him and she was typing on the projection with rapid fingers, her brow furrowed as she studied the image in front of her.

 

"Our target is a man named Patrick Leery," Petra said, swiping on an image. "He's 43 years old, a graduate from Derlant College, and one of the most dangerous people on the planet currently."

 

"He's ruthless," Petra said, studying the man's features. "And he's wealthy, so he has connections. And apparently, he has quite the temper."

 

"Right. So, what's the plan, here? We need an event."

 

"Yes. Undercover, remember?"

 

"We could, but we don't know the layout of the place and his security. I could hack into his floor plan, but it isn't reliable enough."

 

"We could, but it's risky. Better to just get in during a party or something, get a feel of the place, and then come back later for the kill."

 

"Trust me, okay?"

 

"Thank you," she said, clicking her tongue. "Looks like... he has an event next week."
