"Well, that's not what my glove can do. I don't imagine it'd be difficult, though."

 

"Activate touch screens," she said with a small laugh. "As I say, I'm not smart enough to make it much more advanced."

 

She grinned warmly at him.

"I'm glad. Want to go to the market with me?"

 

"Don't have any plans?"

 

"Great!" she said with a grin. "Let me get my coat."

 

She hurried down the hallway, sliding on her socks and stumbling before disappearing into the bedroom.

 

She came back a few minutes later, grinning at him.

"Okay. Let's go."

 

She slipped on her shoes and followed, locking the door behind her.

 

She grinned, walking quickly.
