"Popcorn or cheese balls?" she asked.
"Cheese balls."
She brought over the container and tossed it in his lap, as well as a can of Diet Sprite.
He chuckled. "Thanks."
She stretched out, resting her head in on the arm of the couch before starting the movie.
He leaned back, opening the Sprite.
The movie started and Petra studied it. “This feels fake.”
"Shh."
“It does. Who’s this happy to go and look for a witch lady?”
"Obviously they think it's a myth. You should see the second one."
“Is it stupid?”
"It's scary."
“You? Gabriel Cael? I can’t imagine you being scared.”
"Well, you know what I mean."
"I'm not sure I do."
"It's a scary movie. I wasnt scared personally."
She rolled her eyes, taking a sip of her Sprite. "Surrrree you weren't."
"I wasn't!"
"Uh huh," she said, tossing a cheeseball at him. "Liar."
He picked it up and ate it. "Don't start this!"
