That's old news dude. It's been signed by 39 countries over the past 3 years... That isn't the main concern though. Just because it has been signed doesn't mean it has passed. It still needs to be voted on in the US Senate and Parliament. I'm not sure when they will begin voting, but it will be soon. We need to persuade our governments to vote against ACTA.
