“That’s just my face,” he teased, tilting his head. “I just... feel bad that I’ve put you in that same position.”
He was quiet before he spoke again. "Do you miss Puck?" he asked, his voice soft and unsure as he looked over at her. "You do, right?"
“I have a hard time sleeping at night,” he admitted. “Apparently, Fae are mostly nocturnal, but Edgar trained me to sleep at night. Sometimes I’m more successful than other times.”
"Fae are nocturnal?" she asked curiously, tipping her head to try and look up at him. "I didn't know that."
