Fire felt a snowball hit him on the back of the head, "ah! Geez, that's cold!" he said as the snow melted down his neck. He looked for the thrower, but he couldn't find anypony, so he decided to move on to the next area.
Rashall and Aurora enjoyed sitting on the hill and watching the ponies of Ponyville clear winter away, but without the help of the trees themselves. They watched as the pegasus ponies cleared the clouds away and also shook the snow out of the trees on exception of the one the two of them were sitting under.
Right before Firebreeze flew off, Snow suddenly jumped up, yelled, "HEY FIREBOY!" and flung the second snowball, hitting him square in the face. She then fell over laughing over her little prank.
Fire shook off the snow from his face and smiled, "come on, there's more work to be done. No time for snowballs."
Snow grinned, "Alright Flamer, lets get this over with, though I'm gonna miss being able to hide so easily. Pranks were so much easier!" She then grabbed a shovel and started shoveling snow into the piles for pegisi to take care of.
Firebreeze flew over some more snow, effectively melting it, "I must say, I'm not a fan of your sneak attacks, but they are pretty well done."
Snow laughed some more, "Well, be ready for my spring pranks, don't you remember last years. Like when I made you think you were blind, or the other time when you thought you couldn't fly?" she said deviously.
"I was just playing alone with the blind thing, but with the whole 'no flying' thing... That's another story."
Jhera came to when a blue-cream colored pony started talking to him. "He....lo...hell....ello...HEY!" Jhera started with a shout. The mare glared at him. "You've been standing there for 20 minutes, chop chop! There is work to be done!" She clicked her hooves together twice upon saying 'chop chop' and then she left. Jhera sighed. He had been having the most wonderful daydream about spring. He glanced around him, and saw that the area was deserted. "Shoot!" He exclaimed. "I dozed off too long!" He dropped his gear by the main table and bolted off toward the town square.
Dark Shine decided to wait on top of a cloud by the town hall as the mayor made the ending speech of winter. He saw Jhera but decided to wait till after the speech was finished as it would be rude.
