Eliza looked up as they approached, her brow furrowed. “I think going in at night might be better...”
She glared at the sun setting over the horizon before turning to the others. “We’ll stop here. Catch your breath and sit if you need to.”
Eliza frowned before looking back at all of them. “When we’re in there,” she said, “we don’t separate, okay?”
Vaughn nodded slowly. "I should probably take the gun while were there." Sona looked down at the splint. "I might want to take this off.. Injured people don't fare well under Enforcers. I'm sure it's fine, anyways."
The sun set over the horizon and Eliza watched before standing, her brow furrowed. “Alright,” she said. “Let’s go.”
The Colony ahead of them was dark and silent, with those grey chipped cinderblocks containing the people within. Eliza squinted, tilting her head. "Alright. These are designed to keep people in, not keep people out, so I think this should be good."
