“What’s your deal?” he asked, raising an eyebrow.
She looked confused. "What do you mean?"
“Why are you trying to get me to sleep?”
"Because sleep is important," she said plainly. "And you seem tired."
“You don’t need to be my mother, you know.”
She crossed her arms. "There's nothing wrong with being concerned about someones health."
“There is when it’s someone you barely know.”
"I don't think there's anything wrong with it."
"Of course you don't."
She frowned at him.
"Don't look at me like that."
She squinted. "I will."
"Don't. You don't get to pout."
"Why not?"
"Because we're pathetic, and pathetic people don't pout."
