She chuckled, brushing his hair out of his face. "I'd never leave you."
"I just needed to make sure."
“I’m too fond of you to go. Isn’t that frustrating?”
"Maybe for you," he teased.
“Mm. What a pity.”
"I like that you're too fond of me."
“I’m very fond of you.”
"That's good!"
“One might say that I’m in love with you.”
He grinned at her, taking her hand. "I'm in love with you too."
“Thank God. I’m glad we’re getting married.”
"Yeah. Me too. It'd be weird if we weren't in love."
“A little awkward,” she agreed, patting his face affectionately.
He took her hand and kissed it. "Well.. I love you."
She flushed, giving him a warm grin. "I love you too."
"Wanna go get breakfast?"
"I would love to do that," she said, sounding sincere as she sat up.
He sat up, squeezing her hand.
She slipped off the bed, tossing him his coat.
