“You’re like that too,” she teased lightly.

 

"Beautiful, but deliver a bit of a sting? I'd say that's accurate. Plus, I'm terrified of you." Her face fell as she realized the connotations of her words and rushed to fix it. "By terrifying, I just mean... you know. In the way that it always is when you love someone."

 

She relaxed, kissing his cheek.

"I love you."

 

She pointed to a passing, dull red jellyfish.

"That one's pretty."

 

"Like... point one out to me."

 

"Oh," she said, stepping towards the glass. "I see."

 

She looked back at him, a frown on her face.

"Craw, are you sure you're okay?"

 

"You're acting sorta weird," she said worriedly.
