She paused as she remembered. "Oh! Right."
"With ice cream and musicals?"
"Mm. I had forgotten."
He ran his hand through her hair. "And Lazy Francis?"
"I could never forget him."
"It'll be a good day."
"You think so?"
"I know so."
"Mm. I might as well order the first batch of ice cream..."
"This early? We could order breakfast first."
“That’s what I’m saying.”
"Ice cream isn't breakfast."
“No?”
"No. More like waffles, maybe."
“Waffles a la mode.”
"No. Just waffles. It's too early for ice cream."
“It’s not too early. It’s never too early.”
