"Thank you," she said brightly, kissing just under his jaw.

 

"I love you too," she said warmly, sitting down.

 

She rested her head on his shoulder, idly checking the time on her watch.

"Ugh. I have to leave in an hour."

 

"Yeah, sweet boy," she said resting her head on his chest. "But I can take the babies so you can get some rest."

 

"I'm sorry. But I'll be back tonight."

 

She gave him a grin, kissing his cheek.

"Just for you."

 

She flushed immediately, giving him a playful swat.

"Ass."

 

She kissed his cheek again, watching him adoringly before standing up.

"Breakfast was delicious."

 

"I certainly missed you," she murmured before heading for the stairs.

 

She disappeared up the stairs.

"I'll be down to clean up in a minute!"
