"We're meeting up with Owen in half an hour. Do you think we have time to grab breakfast?"

 

She nodded, closing the book and setting it on the nightstand.

"Get ready, then."

 

She watched him, a small smile on her face.

"I love you."

 

She folded her hands and studied him, dimpling.

"I can't believe you're mine."

 

"I'd better be," she said smoothly, coming over to him. "Can I tie your tie?"

 

She worked quickly, her fingers adjusting his collar before slipping knots.

 

She was focused on her task, finishing the knot and adjusting it before looking up at him with a sunny grin.

"There. Now you're perfect."

 

She beamed, brushing his hair back.

"Of course. C'mon, let's go get muffins before it's too late."

 

She slipped her hand in his and pulled him towards the door.

 

They got to the cafe, bustling with agents running in and out, and Poppy pulled him to the muffin table.
