He laughed lowly, propping his head up on his hand. "You think I'm cute? I'm flattered. I think you're cute, too."
She kissed his nose, her eyes full of love. "I think the world of you, Francis Craw," she said quietly. "'Cute' is just one of the descriptors."
His hand grazed her jaw, and he watched her with adoration. "That so? Well, I could think of plenty of descriptors for you. Let's see... Amazing, diligent, beautiful, lovely, smart... Shall I go on?"
She laughed, and turned her head to kiss the palm of his hand. "You don't need to flirt with me, Francis," she said, raising one eyebrow. "You already have me."
"I know, but that won't stop anything," he replied, his expression slightly prideful. "I'm simply complimenting."
"You seem to enjoy doing that," she said, resting her head on his shoulder. She turned her head to kiss his neck lightly, her nose grazing his skin slightly
She laughed easily, the action shaking her shoulders. "What if I develop amnesia?" she asked. "And I forget who you are? What then?"
"That won't happen," he decided. "But if it did, I would remind you every day who I am, and that I love you, and everything. Every day."
"I know, but the effort is worth it." He kissed the top of her head. "That way you can realize I love you every day, even if you forget the next time."
"It would be annoying," she warned. "I get frustrated fairly easily when I can't figure something out."
"I'd explain well, don't worry. The only thing I'd be afraid of is that you wouldn't love me the same."
"My character is well suited to your character," she said smoothly. "Even if I forgot you, I'd love you. I'm sure of it."
"Good, good. I don't think I could ever forget you," he said, shrugging. "That sounds cheesy, though."
"Always," she agreed, nodding. She sat back up and played a few measures of music, her expression thoughtful. "Anyone else though, would be ignored and shunned."
"If anyone else uses any cheesy lines on you, then I'll be proud that you shunned them." He rested his head on the table again, stretching his arms. "Cheesy lines are my thing."
