"That's what they all say," she murmured in his ear. She planted a kiss just underneath his earlobe, and he would be able to feel the smile on her lips. "But it feels different coming from you." She paused, pulled away self consciously, and laughed lightly. "I forgot that we were in public," she said, somewhat sheepishly. "Sorry about that."
He gave her one last kiss before standing up. "We could always go back to the room and relax? Honestly, just being near you sounds nice right now."
"Of course not," he said, crossing his arms. "I just want to be near you, but being in public makes it more difficult." He frowned, raising an eyebrow at her.
She stood up and coaxed his hand out of his folded arms, kissing his cheek. "Okay, okay," she said. "Since you're so desperate to get me alone, I suppose we can go back to the room."
"We only have to go if you want to," he said, taking her hand. "I just want to rest, and lay down next to you."
"What?" she said, turning to look at him. "No, of course not. I love your level of affection. Why do you ask?"
"I don't know. I was just worried, I suppose." He shrugged, leaning down to kiss her cheek. "I think you've reassured me, though."
"Good," she said, nodding as they turned down their hallway. "I love you as you are. Never doubt that, Craw.
"Good." He shut the door behind them, and went over to the bed and sat on the edge, looking up at her.
She walked over to him, and her knees brushed his as she looked down at him, her expression warm. She took his hands and squeezed lightly, not saying anything.
He watched her thoughtfully, then stood up to kiss her, sitting back down right after. "I can't wait to marry you."
She leaned down to kiss him, her hands slipping over his shoulders and playing with his hair. "It'll be lovely," she agreed, pulling away from him eventually, her nose still brushing his. She kissed him again, but quickly shifted to plant a line of kisses down his neck.
