She clicked on the seatbelt and turned on the car before merging back onto the road. "Uh huh. Sure. I totally believe you."
Her blinker clicked as she merged, and she glanced at him. "Uh huh. Sure. Definitely will tone it down."
She muttered under her breath before checking over her shoulder so she could pull off to the side of the road. Once they had stopped, she turned to him and kissed him, her arms wrapping around his neck. "I warned you," she murmured against his lips.
She laughed before kissing him again, her lips soft against his. "I love you too, Francis," she murmured. "Even if you do question my authority."
"Hm. Probably," she replied, kissing him one final time before pulling away and merging the car back onto the road. "This trip is going to be very long if you continue to act so unreasonably, though."
"And I can," she replied, looking over her shoulder as she changed lanes. "But you didn't want me to."
