"Rude," she muttered, although she had a grin on her face. "I happen to have an excellent sense of direction."
She intertwined her fingers with his and smiled up at him, exposing her dimples. "Is your whole family coming to town? Or is it just going to be us?"
She grinned at him, tucking her hair behind her ear with her spare hand. "Well, now, I don't know. Your mom is pretty lovely. Maybe she's my favorite Craw."
She sighed and rolled her eyes, but there was amusement in her smile. "Fine. Fine. I know it's a big surprise, but Francis, you are my favorite Craw."
She squinted up at him, but couldn't keep the smile off her face. "I hope you're happy," she muttered.
Her hand instinctively came to rest on his jaw, and she smiled against his lips. "I really love you, Craw."
She kissed him one last time before pulling away. "We should get ready to go," she said quietly, taking his hand. "I have very high expectations for this town of yours."
