"We don't have to go in the cave, then," she said easily. "Although, didn't you go in them when you were younger?"
"Courage only counts when you can count, and all that," she said, nodding. "Well, don't worry. We won't go in."
"They vary," he said. "All different colors and sizes. I mean, thinking about them when they're not near me makes me think they're cool, but when they are near me I just hate them."
"It was a tough decision," she said, smiling up at him. "I almost debated breaking up with you over it."
"I agree," he said, kissing her cheek. As they walked, they would find a break in the buildings that led to a small parking lot. At the back, there were a few stone steps that led up a small embankment before turning into an overgrown dirt trail surrounded by bright green leaves and trees.
"There's only more trees than before," he murmured, looking up at the yellow sunlight that filtered through the leaves.
