She got out on her side and came around to join him, taking his hand. "Are we heading home tonight, by the way?"
"Will it be safe to drive home tonight?" she asked. "I could probably make it home if you're too tired to drive."
"It's up to you," she said easily as they entered the house. "I'd love to become better familiar with your family, but I can also get us home if you'd prefer. Do you have work tomorrow?"
"Well," she said, stretching out the word. "Let try for tomorrow, if your parents are okay with it. I'm a little worried about both of our driving conditions."
He climbed up the steps, giving her once last glance before disappearing. Only moment's later, would she hear a voice. It was Miles. "How was it?"
Poppy started, but turned to look at him with a slight smile, her hands behind her back. "It was lovely," she said agreeably. "We got to see the famed salamanders."
"Ah." He grinned, watching her thoughtfully. "The salamanders. They're quite interesting. I'm surprised they come out of the cave."
"There was actually quite a few of them," she said agreeably. "Francis felt the need to put one on my head, which was... interesting."
He chuckled lowly. "He's a strange one, that's for sure," she said slowly, before pausing. "You're quite pretty, you know."
She frowned and crossed her arms, obviously uncomfortable. "Uh.. yes, well, he went to go tell your parents that we're staying another night, but I'm sure he'll be back soon."
He smirked, leaning against the wall. "If you're anything like the last one, you'll agree to meet with me later tonight then, hm?"
