She dimpled at him, resting her head on her hand. "I suppose it doesn't matter," she said eventually. "I mean, I love you now. So I guess it doesn't matter who started it."
She grinned and stood up, taking her mug and his empty plate. Wrapping her free arm around his neck, she kissed his cheek. "I do love you."
She grinned and kissed him again before carrying the dishes to the sink. "Oh, I almost forgot," she said. "Phos is coming to visit."
"Yeah. I made him swear to secrecy when I left," she said thoughtfully. "He felt really badly, I know."
"How long did you stay on the ship?" she asked, coming over to stand next to him, her hand on his shoulder. "You know... after I left?"
