Her skin was freezing and she looked up at him, shaking. "Y-y-you don't want to hug me," she said quietly. "I'm all wet."
Her hair was wet from the rain and she laughed lightly as they entered the bedroom. "I doubt I'll ever be dry again."
She sighed and pulled out her pajamas with trembling fingers. "I'm going to go change," she chattered. "That okay?"
She came into the room a few minutes later, in her pajamas and drier. She slipped onto his lap, her skin still chilled. "Hi," she said quietly, kissing him.
She rested her head on his shoulder, kissing his neck slightly. "Still a little cold. But don't worry."
