Poppy stood anxiously in the airport, holding a small sign that read 'Craw' in her spiky handwriting.
After a moment, he came into sight, his eyes searching before they met hers, a small grin appearing on his face.
She met his gaze and beamed, moving towards him quickly. She hurried towards him and when she got to him, she jumped into his arms, kissing him.
She smirked, kissing the tip of his nose. "I didn't really miss you," she said sarcastically. "I don't know if you can tell."
He kissed her deeply, a hand resting on the back of her head, his fingers in her hair. "No, I really, really missed you."
She smiled against his lips, unwrapping her legs from his grip and standing up. "I really missed you too, my love," she murmured quietly. "Never leave again, okay?"
"Definitely," she said quietly, pulling away self-consciously. "I've been hugging a pillow this whole week."
She smiled against his lips. "Of course, darling," she said as they headed for the parking lot. "Oh! I made cheesecake! You don't have to eat it, but it's at home, if you want it."
