“Hats good,” she said thoughtfully. “But still dangerous.”

 

“Let’s try a desert for now.”

 

“Exactly,” she said with a grin.

 

She kissed him, pulling him close as her fingers curled in his shirt.

“We’re going to go on an adventure!”

 

She shifted to plant kisses on his neck.

“I love you.”

 

She was quiet after that, kissing his skin lightly, her hands on his chest.

 

Her hair tickled his nose and she buried her face in his neck.

“Will you be able to get the two days?”

 

She raised an eyebrow.

“They wouldn’t dare refuse you?”

 

“Hm. If you say so,” she said, sighing before closing her eyes.

 

She shifted slightly so she was curled up on his lap, her head just under his collarbone and she sighed before dozing off, her hands curled in his shirt.
