She stretched slightly as he put her down, turning on her side to face him in her sleep. Her fingers brushed past the three freckles on her neck as she tucked her hair back behind her ear, furrowing her brow as she shifted to be more comfortable. Quickly afterwards, she settled down, her hand resting on the mattress next to her as if reaching for him.
She murmured in her sleep, her hands curling against his chest. She said nothing more, but rested her forehead against his the base of his neck.
She sighed and sat up, rubbing her temple, wincing from a headache. She kissed Francis' forehead before slipping out of bed, crossing the room to look in the dresser.
She looked back at him fondly before grabbing a simple grey v-neck and a pair of jeans, leaving the room to go change.
She pursed her lips, lying back on the bed to look up at the ceiling. "Clara scheduled a wedding dress appointment," she said flatly. "So I have to go try on large, clumsy white dresses."
