"I charge $30 an hour," she teased, standing on her toes to kiss his cheek.
"Don't I get a discount?"
"That is the discount."
He laughed. "Is that so?"
"Mmhmm. I don't come cheap, my darling."
"Well, that's understandable. I mean, to me? You're priceless."
She glanced up at him in surprise. "Where's all this coming from?"
"What?" he asked curiously. "I'm not sure what you mean."
"The flirting! The priceless comment and the love thing..."
"Definitely nothing to do with the blushing.."
She gasped and smacked his shoulder. "That's... that's cheating!"
He laughed. "It most certainly is not."
"It won't work. I don't blush."
"A lie! I'll get you eventually."
“Oh?” she asked with an easy grin. “How do you plan to do that?”
"I'll continue to flirt, obviously. It will get you eventually."
“It will not. Now I’m prepared for it.”
"Eventually."
“You’re going to have to do better than that.”
