She laughed, although not unkindly, her eyes warm. "Aw, baby. I didn't think you got embarrassed."
"Doesn't everyone?"
"Not you. Not my Craw. You always seem so... I don't know. Indestructible."
His brows furrowed. "Surely I'm not. I even fell in love."
"Did you?" she asked, amused. "With who?"
"Hm.. Maybe the person in talking to right now."
She laughed cheerfully, taking his hand instinctively. "And that has made you destructible?"
"Hmm.. Yeah."
"I'd never know," she told him fondly, kissing the back of his hand. "You appear very stoic."
He chuckled, getting out. "That's an appearance."
"The real you is much more emotional?" she teased, getting out on the other side.
"Eh.. Sure."
She stood up on her toes and kissed his cheek. “I have yet to meet this overly emotional Francis.”
"..Drunk Francis.."
“I haven’t really had the pleasure of meeting drunk Francis.”
"Not yet! Not ever.."
“You seem awfully scared anout the prospect of me meeting him. Is he that bad?”
He smiled slightly. "Just awful."
“But... isn’t he you? I love you.”
"No.. It's Jekyll and Hyde, my love," he said teasingly.
