    I get what you said, just questioned your example. This case would of course be much more difficult to deal with. It'll be a long drawn out battle before any true results are met. But I'm pretty confident we'll get there eventually.

    My partner and I are planning on waiting a few years to get married anyway, but when we do, if we still live in Virginia and they still don't have equality yet, I'm not letting that stand in our way and so that would become less of a hypothetical and more of a real action plan for me.
